You will recieve an automated text message* when we are on our way to your home, along with a link that allows you to see exactly where we are.
Please be sure to be ready for our arrival by having all vehicles out of the garage and driveway, so we can back our truck up to the door. Our truck has doors along the sides so if there is a vehicle on one side of the driveway, we will not be able to fully open these doors. If we are visiting for an estimate, then don't worry about moving anything, we will park on the street since we don't need to use tools/parts.
Service Call Fee:
Our Normal Hours Service Call fee is $75.00, and this fee includes any and all trips to your home, diagnostic time, adjustments, and data entry time. If you require parts, then we will provide you with a cost of those parts as well as any associated labor prior to performing repairs. If you are unable to be home for us yourself, then please arrange payment with our office prior to arrival, you can also set a spend limit, so that we don't need to get approval from you prior to repair. Our service call fee is the same if we are there for 5 minutes or 45 minutes, there are no discounts simply because it was an "easy fix". If we need to return with parts another day, we do NOT charge another service call fee.
Invoice Copy Delivery:
We will Email you all documents related to your service, if you choose to have these mailed via USPS instead, then we will charge a $2.00 paper copy fee to do so. Alternatively you can pick up paper copies at our location for no charge.
Home Warranty Deductible:
If you are a home warranty customer, then please have your deductible ready upon our arrival, if you are not going to be home, be sure to set up a payment with our office prior to our arrival. We will collect your deductible prior to starting our diagnostics. If you are unsure of your deductible amount, please contact us or your home warranty company to get that information.
